Q1) Where Do I Find my courses?
New courses will appear under "My Courses" once the user logs in.
Q2) My Username and Password aren't working
Your password is case-sensitive and you may be asked to create a new one when you log in for the first time.
If you're still having trouble signing in, please contact your manager to make sure you have the correct login details.
Q3) How do I get my Certificate?
Our CPD accredited certificates are the property of the organisation that paid for the training. Therefore, you will need to contact your company manager with this query.
Q4) I failed a course three times. What should I do?
To pass any course, you must score at least 80% in the final assessment. You can take this quiz a maximum of three times and must complete it within 15 minutes.
If you have failed the assessment three times, we can reset the course for you but require authorisation from your company manager first. Please ask them to email us at info@caretutor.org with your name and the course title.
